This collection began while photographing a private event at Buckhead Butcher Shop, but I also set out to document the spaces, culinary team, and details that give the shop its distinct character.

From the private dining room and retail market to the dry-aging cases and kitchen in action, these images highlight the experience guests encounter whether they're attending an event, shopping for dinner, or taking a cooking class.
